Declare Newsboys’ Strike a Failure.

A small delegation of members of the West Side Newsdealers’ Association met last evening at 342 West Forty-second Street and passed resolutions declaring the present strike against The Evening Journal and The Evening World a failure and withdrawing their allegiance from the striking newsboys. The members later passed a resolution to appoint a committee to confer with a committee to be appointed by the New York Newsdealers and Stationers’ Protective Association for the purpose of later inaugurating another boycott against one or more of the evening papers.
