Striking Newsboys Elect Officers.

About 100 of the newsboys who made things lively in Park row last week met last evening in Gardiner Hall, 21 Suffolk street, and deplored the treason of the leaders of their strike. They resolved to keep it up and elected James G. Neill President and Ed Higgins Vice-President.
